About us
From the community to the global stage - we're the platform where these stories get told by us.
Founded by Claire Nesus (Ngāti Porou)
Voices & Voyages was built from lived experience.
After more than a decade living and working in London, across global transformation, strategy, and leadership roles, I kept noticing the same thing. Māori and Pasifika people were doing extraordinary work in every sector, in cities across the world.
V&V exists to put those stories on a stage.
What V&V is?
A showcase platform for the global Māori and Pasifika diaspora. The people, the stories, and the journey of moving through global spaces with a Māori and Pasifika identity intact.
From community spotlights to the global stage, there is no hierarchy of stories here. The diaspora experience is the common thread.
Based in London. Connected across the world.
Where we are headed
V&V is in its third year and at an inflection point. In 2026 we’re growing the platform, more spotlights, more events, more kōrero with remarkable people from our community. The showcase is getting bigger.
If you want to be part of it, as a community member, a guest, or a partner – get in touch.
